On December 7, 2023, the CIE received the 2023 Outstanding HSK Test Center award in Beijing. This was the fifth time that the CIE received the annual award. In the past 15 years, the CIE organized the HSK, HSKK, and YCT for school students and people from the community, providing international recognized Chinese tests to meet the various needs of Chinese learners. So far approximately 17,000 people took the HSK, HSKK, and YCT tests.
