On December 9, the CIE was awarded the Excellent Test Center of Chinese Test at the International Chinese Language Education Test Forum, to recognize its achievements in HSK participations, administration and management, and promotion in 2022. This was the fourth time that the CIE received this award. The CIE also received the Outstanding Contribution Award in Chinese Test in 2017 for its contribution to HSK/YCT from 2007 to 2017.
