“Thank You Volunteers “ Party at Dovercourt School

On May 12^th, Dr. Wei Li, the director of Confucius Institute, as well as four visiting teachers were invited to attend “Thank You Volunteers” party at Dovercourt School. Dr. Gerry Falk, principal, made the welcome greetings expressing her thanks and appreciation to all volunteers at the party. She also thanked the Confucius Institute for its strong support and help in the bilingual program. During the party, the students gave wonderful performances by reciting Tang poems and singing songs, which greatly inspired everyone. People at the party enjoyed talking and sharing ideas on how to improve the bilingual program at Dovercourt School. It was a good experience for the visiting teachers to get to know the parent volunteers.
