On June 18, 2023, the 16th ASSIST Walk and Run took place at Victoria Park. A lot of people participated in the event despite the rainy day. The annual fundraising event was organized by the ASSIST Community Services Centre. The CIE has sponsored the event since 2021 in support of the seniors in our community.
